Injury Prevention

In order to keep athletes on the playing field, a well structured strength & conditioning program manages stress and educates the athletes on proper recovery methods.  

Several factors in our program relate to injury prevention:

Functional Strength Training
Purposeful Conditioning
Functional Flexibility / Mobility
Proper Nutritional Guidance
Rest and Recovery
Communication with athletic trainers and other support staff
Needs Assessment – injury prone areas pertaining to a specific sport
